We deliver throughout the entire national territory (Brasil) via partner carriers and the postal service.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the ZIP code provided at checkout.

We also ship to all other countries via the postal service for parcels less than 500 gr. and Express Currier for bigger parcels.

  1. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time is automatically calculated at checkout based on:

Recipient’s ZIP code
Selected shipping method
Product availability in stock

Delivery times begin counting from payment confirmation.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

Product weight and dimensions
Distance to the delivery address
Selected shipping method (economy, express, etc.)

Free shipping promotions may apply during specific campaigns or above a certain purchase amount.

The promotional shipping rate of R$13 BRL is valid throughout the national territory Brasil).

  1. Order Tracking

After shipment, the customer will receive a tracking code to monitor the delivery in real time.
Delays caused by external factors (weather, strikes, local restrictions) may occur.

  1. Delivery Attempts

Carriers will make up to two delivery attempts.
If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to our distribution center.
A new shipping fee may be charged for reshipment.

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete address.
If the order is returned due to an address error, reshipment costs will be charged.

  1. Split Shipments

Some items may be shipped in separate packages, depending on stock availability or product type.
The customer will be informed if this occurs.
