📦 Return and Refund Policy

🕒 Request Deadline

The customer may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

🔄 Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

In its original packaging
Unused and without signs of wear
With all accessories and included items

Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or missing items may have their return refused.

🚚 Return Process

After requesting a return, the customer will receive instructions for sending the product.
Once the item arrives at our distribution center, it will be reviewed within up to 5 business days.

💰 Refund

The refund will be processed after approval of the inspection:

Credit card: refund issued to the statement, according to the card issuer’s rules
Pix or bank slip: refund via bank transfer
Store credit: available upon customer request

❌ Non-returnable Products

Personalized items, already downloaded digital products, or items on sale may have specific rules, which will be informed on the product page.

Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
